Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ticket Hero platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Ticket Hero provides a technology platform that connects individuals with licensed traffic defense attorneys. We are not a law firm. The AI-powered case analysis is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
3. Attorney-Client Relationship
An attorney-client relationship is formed solely between you and the licensed attorney assigned to your case. Ticket Hero facilitates this connection but is not a party to the legal representation.
4. Payment and Fees
All fees are clearly disclosed before payment. By completing payment, you agree to the flat fee applicable to your case. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your case, respond to your attorney's communications in a timely manner, and comply with all applicable laws. Providing false information may void any refund eligibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ticket Hero's liability is limited to the fee paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or the outcome of legal proceedings.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
